Where does my online order come from?

We are a retail store in Edmonton, AB. All of the online orders are picked from the stock we have in store. The prices are the same online as they are in store.

How long will my online order take?

All orders have a 2 - 5 business days** processing time for Canada. This is the amount of time it takes to receive, pick, process, and package the online orders. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Your card will not be charged until the finished order has been confirmed and is ready to ship out. It will show as a hold. This allows us to make changes (add items, remove out of stock) before it's invoiced. 

*In the case that there are out of stock items, processing times will vary.

In store pick-up orders

In store pick-up is available with a 1 - 2 business day processing time. In store pick-up is available Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm and Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm. We will contact you via phone when the order is ready. They can be paid for online or in store.

What happens if my order has out-of-stock items?

Even with the in-stock or out-of-stock indication on the website, the inventory isn’t always matching, or the quantity requested is more than we have at the moment (NO STOCK QUANTITY IS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE). Please note that while we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, items shown as in-stock online may become unavailable if purchased in-store during the processing time of your order.

We will always let you know if an item is out-of-stock and options on how to proceed.

If there are items that are out-of-stock there are a couple of options for how to proceed.

  • Hold the order until the backorder arrives.
  • Send what we have now and then send the backorder items when we receive them (This will be a separate shipping cost when we receive the items. Our suppliers do not give us a timeline for when we will receive more stock).
  • Try for substitutes.
  • Remove the out-of-stock items from the order.
